City Secretary Wants Disdik to Optimize Budget Absorption on APBD 2018

Disdik does not need to be reluctant to ask for assistance from TP4D

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah wants Jakarta Education Dept. (Disdik) to optimize City Budget (APBD) 2018.

He reminded that a well prepared plan is needed to utilize budget optimally. Besides, its process should be monitored well, including by involving school communities.

"I want budget absorption to be optimized, especially massive renovation on several schools," he stated while leading Coordination Meeting for Budget Absorption related to School Massive Renovation at City Hall, Wednesday (10/3).

He explained, after a work becomes a program then its executor is SKPD and UKPD.

"In its implementation, Disdik does not need to be reluctant to ask for assistance from State Prosecutor's Security Team for Government and Regional Development (TP4D)," he said.

For information, there are several budgets allocated for massive school renovation in APBD 2018. Those are allocated for West Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 1 with 8 packages of massive school renovation, West Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 2 with 10 packages, Central Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 1 with 5 packages, Central Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 2 with 7 packages.

Then, East Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 1 with 11 packages, East Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 2 with 12 packages, North Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region1 with 3 packages, North Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 2 with 17 packages, and South Jakarta Education Sub-dept.'s Region 2 with 4 packages.
